I thought I would be stating the same as I did last month, excepting Tiger to win, but, with a number of top performers likely to do well. Padraig Harrington etc. However, I am not. I have been doing maintenance on the website, and have been looking at a large number of course websites from around the world. There is seldom a bad looking course, some medioca websites, and some incredible courses and clubs. So I looked up the top 100 courses, to find a couple of the top New Zealand courses ranked right there with the best. http://www.top100golfcourses.co.uk/ 1st Pine Valley, Clementon, NJ 4th Turnberry, Ailsa, Scotland 6th Pebble Beach, California 7th August National, GA 18th St Andrews, Scotland 31st Cape Kidnappers, New Zealand 59th Kauri Cliffs, New Zealand And there are others that must be just outside the 100 as well. . . . . . . I do invite and encourage you to send me your views on events, or on my comments . . . to email . . . greg@goforgolf.com Enjoy your Golf Greg Paul GoforGOLF __________________________________________________________ *** JUNE COMPETITION The June Spot the Ball has been won by Gene Chandler of Kaiapoi. Maintenance We have been doing some maintenance . . . Many email addresses have been removed from our mailing list. If you do not get a newsletter, please check your email address in "Change your Details", or let me know. 2. Default courses You are able to set up a default course (your home course), so that your most frequently played course is automatically loaded when you sign in. Go to "Change your Details" to choose your course 3. Changes to Course If a course has undergone major changes, it is necessary for the score card to be entered again. If your default course has a date "to Jun 08" and/or ". . ." on the end of the name, it means a new course entry has been set up, and you need to change your default course. 4. Club Websites. If you are having a website built, I suggest that you show your email address as well as having an enquiry form. Some people do not like to use the form format, or may wish to record your email address to use it at a later date, sometimes from their phones. If you need further help please do not hesitate to email me. Greg at: greg@goforgolf.com REMEMBER the more scorecards you enter, the better the analysis you will receive from GoforGOLF. __________________________________________________________ *** MORE GOLF & SPORTS LINKS We Again cross the Atlantic for the next major, The British Open - known in UK simply as . . .
