Straying off the Tee - Gareth Paddison strays off the 14th tee. He is down a substantial
dip, with some serious trees between him and the green.
I can tell you he was not pleased with his next shot. See the next photo . . .

Second Day - 2004 NZ Open - Less overcast but with a good breeze made play more
difficult.

My Daily Bunker Shot - Craig Jones gives me my daily bunker shot at the
reliable 12th hole. A most difficult pin, don't expect to get close from
the bunker.
Thanks Craig. Looks like the guy on the other side of the green got his
bunker shot as well . . .

To Finish - Two Great Winners - An informal situation between Sir Bob Charles, 4 times winner
of the NZ Open, and Terry Price, the new winner, and now twice winner of the NZ Open.
This has been one of the Best Opens I have viewed and photographed.
The leading group never broke clear, with places changing every day. The winner was not known until the 18th . . .
with the amateur challenging the seasoned professional to the end.
Thank You Sir Bob . . . and Thank You . . . the new breed of superb professional
golf players for a terrific four days of golf.
